1. What we collect

• Account: email and hashed password.
• Readings: the question and cards/runes/figures you draw, so we can generate your interpretation.
• Subscription: Stripe customer ID, plan, and status. We never see your card details.
• Technical: basic logs (timestamps, errors) for service reliability.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the SeekR service, deliver readings, manage your subscription, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

Your question and drawn cards are sent to our AI provider (via the Lovable AI Gateway) to generate your reflection. They are not used to train models on your identity.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy practices apply to data they collect at checkout.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored in a managed Lovable Cloud database with row-level security. We follow standard practices to protect your information; no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us at info@ai-seekr.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and reading history.

7. Cookies

We use only the minimal cookies required to keep you signed in.

8. Children

SeekR is not intended for users under 18.

9. Changes

Material changes will be communicated in the app.
