1. Who we are
SeekR ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Seekr. Contact us by email at info@ai-seekr.com.
2. For reflection, not prediction
SeekR offers tarot, runes, and geomancy as tools for contemplation, self-reflection, and entertainment. Readings are AI-generated interpretations of symbolic systems and are not predictions of the future, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or psychological treatment. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use SeekR.
4. Your account
You provide an email and password to create an account. Keep your credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us at info@ai-seekr.com.
5. Free tier & Seeker subscription
- The free tier includes one (1) tarot reading total, chosen by you.
- The Seeker subscription unlocks unlimited readings across all oracles.
- Plans: $3.99/week, $8.99/month, or $59.99/year. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Billing & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period. Refund requests can be sent to info@ai-seekr.com and will be considered case-by-case.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SeekR, including by attempting to abuse the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
All SeekR content, design, and interpretive text generated through the service are owned by Seekr. You may keep personal readings for your own use.
9. Disclaimers & liability
SeekR is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the app.
